Hot Tub and Spa Solihull evolved from our success in hiring Hot Tubs and Spas. We Found that our customers were having such a good experience we were frequently asked to supply them with a Hot Tub. As the years passed our product range has grown to include Sauna and Steam Rooms, Swim Spas and Pools. With Paul's 20+ years as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Stacey's drive to look after people, we researched A LOT, and talked to A LOT of manufacturers and finally selected a few to showcase, who we feel offer excellent value for money, great customer service and extensive knowledge of the products that we offer. Our learning curve has been steep from humble beginnings and we make it our business to understand the processes behind what makes a great wellness experience for the customer, knowledge is power and we pride ourselves on this.

We believe in bringing back good old fashioned customer service and being available for you to talk to.

After sales service is something we are very passionate about and we want to be able to support you throughout. This is mind we now have Certified Pool and Spa Hot Tub Technicians so that we can help you whatever your trouble. If you have a problem with your product, call us we may be able to help over the telephone for free! We have come a long way since we first opened our doors and today we are able to help with the purchase of a Hot Tub/ Swim Spa, Sauna/ Steam Room, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub Hire, Hot Tub and Swim Spa servicing and repairs, chemicals and accessories for your equipment, so an all round service.

Our daughter Megan recently joined us in 2019 making us a genuine family business.
